Technical goals:
It's not developed a goal for the new servicearea yet, but below you'll the target for the old TDU and ANM.

TDU:
Provide local technical services adjusted to the community development, of high-quality, and with rational operation and good service to users.
Manage a comprehensive planning, financial management and governance to ensure the municipality's real values in the form of buildings, land, technical installations, machinery and equipment.
Maintain proper standard and satisfactory maintenance of technical installations and municipal buildings, to help prevent function and depreciation of these. 

ANM:
All cases should be handled by the overriding goals, applicable laws and regulations and as far as possible the individual needs and requirements.
Decisions should be made with the sober use of resources, short processing time and with great rule of law for the individual.
The administration has the authority to determine the most current issues within their area of responsibility.
Issues that the administration does not have the authority to decide is usually treated by the Planning and Finance Committee, or municipality board.

Civil Engineering includes cleaning and maintenance of all municipal buildings.
Department head for Civil Engineering is Jarle Bjelland.

Management includes building cases, agriculture, natural resource and cemetery administration.
Department head for Management is Gudrun Kristensen.

Mapping and surveying includes maps and surveying services and cable mapping. 
Department head for Map and surveying is Gerd Karin Espedal. 

Municipal technics include road, water, sewage, waste, gardeners and traffic safety.
Department head for municipal technics is for Asgeir Kleppa. 

Development includes internal projects and building projects.
