Goals for service area care:
- The service area should provide individually designed offer to its users within the current laws, regulations and financial requirements.
- The service area should be based on the individual need and be adapted to age, functional level and other situations.
- Develop and protect staff in relation to the HSE, provide the necessary training, and work with officials and safety delegates.
- Create and develop new services for new users that can not be accommodated in the existing services.
